A Record-Breaking Edition in Warsaw

From June 16–18, 2025, Warsaw became the global meeting point for the automation industry. With 300 delegates, 155 companies, and attendees from 33 countries, ANEXPO 2025 wasn’t just our biggest edition yet it was the most connected, purposeful, and global.

This 4th edition, held at the Hilton Warsaw City, welcomed decision-makers, production leaders, automation innovators, and supply chain partners. Together, they held over 1,300 scheduled 1:1 meetings, exchanged insights, and discovered new business opportunities in a format where every coffee break could lead to a deal.

A Conference That Delivers More Than Just Meetings

ANEXPO is not just a business event it’s a curated experience.

On Day 1, delegates checked in and immediately connected over coffee, thanks to IndustryMall, our Coffee Break Sponsor. The day continued with a Buffet Lunch and a memorable Welcome Reception powered by NRI Industry Sales, where clinking glasses sparked new conversations.

Day 2 brought the full force of the industry together. Delegates enjoyed insightful presentations, an engaging panel discussion, and for the first time, a live stream hosted by ControlByte, expanding ANEXPO’s reach beyond the venue. The day was powered by high-energy conversations and a networking Lunch sponsored by Automa.Net.

Day 3 wrapped up the event with final meetings and spontaneous networking. But the true highlight? The Gala Dinner hosted by INASIN, which blended style and soul. Delegates raised a toast with “The INASIN Fulfil” signature drink and joined a Charity Auction supporting Fundacja Podkarpackie Hospicjum dla Dzieci. Incredible prizes, generous bidding, and a room full of heart—business met purpose in the best way possible.

Spotlight on the Industry Support Arena

Another key element of ANEXPO 2025 was the Industry Support Arena a dedicated space within the exhibition floor that highlighted companies offering essential products and services to the automation distribution ecosystem. This zone was built for component manufacturers, data providers, and software companies supporting the day-to-day operations of distributors across the globe. Among the standout participants were NOVUS from Brazil and VOLKTEK from Taiwan respected manufacturers whose presence underlined the international reach and technical strength of the Arena
