How big is the event, and what type of delegates can we expect to meet?
ANEXPO brings together 150 companies and approximately 300 delegates. You will meet representatives of:

industrial distributors (wholesalers, official resellers, brokers),

system integrators and service providers,

software and technology companies,

manufacturers and production companies.
Most delegates are business owners, C-level executives, and senior decision-makers from sales, purchasing, operations, maintenance, and engineering.
Is the hotel included in the delegate ticket price?
Accommodation is not included in the ticket price. We recommend booking a room at the hotel where the event takes place. ANEXPO delegates can benefit from a special negotiated rate, subject to availability.
What is the purpose of ANEXPO? What can I achieve by attending?
ANEXPO is a business-focused conference and meeting platform for the industrial MRO and automation ecosystem. By attending, you can:

Is ANEXPO open to the general public?
No. ANEXPO is a closed, invitation-only event. Only registered delegates with a valid ticket are allowed to participate. Before the event, delegates gain access to the ANEXPO app, where they can schedule meetings, define business goals, and connect with other participants in advance.
Do I need to register in advance?
Yes. Registration in advance is mandatory, as the number of participants and exhibition spaces is limited. Early registration:

provides better visibility in the meeting app,

allows access to pre-event networking and promotion.
Can I bring my spouse to ANEXPO?
Yes. A Spouse Ticket is available. It includes access to selected social events such as:

Will I be hungry?
Not at all! Fear not, you are our guest! We've got you covered with a coffee service complete with sweet and savoury snacks for your networking pleasure. Plus, delicious lunches are served during the southern noon hours.
Is breakfast included with the hotel booking?
For delegates booking through official ANEXPO hotel links, breakfast is included - details are shared individually with registered participants.
Can ANEXPO support my marketing activities?
Yes. ANEXPO offers sponsorship and visibility opportunities, depending on your participation package. Exhibitors and partners may receive additional exposure through:

inclusion in the printed event catalogue,

What is the timetable for the event?
The ANEXPO event spans 2 days and includes a Welcome Reception, featuring a cocktail party, as well as a Gala Dinner with live music. For a detailed schedule, please refer to the Agenda section.
What is the dress code for the event?
For most of the event, we recommend a smart-casual dress code. However, during the Gala Dinner, we kindly request attendees to wear formal attire. This ensures a professional and elegant atmosphere throughout the evening.
