BLOCK 1 | Spare Parts Strategy: From Chaos to Control

Zero Downtime is a Decision - Not a Coincidence
Spare parts decisions improve when CMMS, ERP, and the external market speak the same data language.

Arek Burnos - Expert in Spare Parts Management and Zero Downtime strategies at ANEXPO 2026 Frankfurt

Keynote Speaker:

Arek Burnos | OceanBerg

BIO: An expert in Industrial Asset Management, Reliability and CAPEX investment strategy, including spare parts and technical materials management across the full asset lifecycle. Over the last 20 years, he has built, scaled and led international industrial advisory and services businesses, several of which were acquired by strategic investors. His work spans asset-intensive operations, maintenance strategy, modernization programs and technical risk management across industrial plants in Europe and globally. Arek serves as a consultant and member of supervisory and advisory boards for companies delivering industrial products, services and technologies. He supports their growth strategy, sales, productization and market positioning in asset-driven industrial markets.

After scaling the software house skydigo.com and co-founding FluidPowerNet, Marcin launched Automa.Net. Today, he helps Maintenance Managers transform "messy" data into financial resilience and Purchasing tems to source more ffectively, slashing search times by 60% and killing the hidden costs of duplicate stock.

CMMS Data: From Measurements to Real Decisions
CMMS data only creates value when it answers stocking and purchasing decisions, not when it just measures failures.
