BLOCK 1 | Spare Parts Strategy: From Chaos to Control
Zero Downtime is a Decision - Not a Coincidence
Spare parts decisions improve when CMMS, ERP, and the external market speak the same data language.
Keynote Speaker:
BIO: An expert in Industrial Asset Management, Reliability and CAPEX investment strategy, including spare parts and technical materials management across the full asset lifecycle. He supports industrial companies in making risk- and value-based capital allocation decisions, linking engineering, operational risk and financial performance. Over the last 20 years, he has built, scaled and led international industrial advisory and services businesses, several of which were acquired by strategic investors. His work spans asset-intensive operations, maintenance strategy, modernization programs and technical risk management across industrial plants in Europe and globally. Arek serves as a consultant and member of supervisory and advisory boards for companies delivering industrial products, services and technologies. He supports their growth strategy, sales, productization and market positioning in asset-driven industrial markets.
Why We Can’t Afford to Guess: AI-Driven Spare Parts Management
Clean master data and real-time market visibility eliminate guessing and reduce both downtime risk and inventory waste.
Speaker:
BIO: Marcin is the architect of Europe’s leading industrial ecosystem, connecting 700+ distributors and 36 million offers to eliminate the "manual grind" of MRO sourcing. A graduate of the University of Hertfordshire and Nanyang Technological University (Singapore), he bridges the gap between deep-tech and the factory floor. After scaling the software house skydigo.com and co-founding FluidPowerNet, Marcin launched Automa.Net. Today, he helps Maintenance Managers transform "messy" data into financial resilience and Purchasing tems to source more ffectively, slashing search times by 60% and killing the hidden costs of duplicate stock.
CMMS Data: From Measurements to Real Decisions
CMMS data only creates value when it answers stocking and purchasing decisions, not when it just measures failures.
Speaker:
To Be Announced
Repair & refurbishment as a strategic decision
Treating repair as a strategy, not an emergency, reduces lead-time risk and extends asset life at lower cost.

Speaker:
To Be Announced
3D Spare Parts Printing & Replication - When It Really Makes Sense
Digital spares and on-demand production make sense for specific parts and scenarios, not as a blanket replacement.
Speaker:
To Be Announced
Factory without downtime - what really works in practice
Uptime depends on how well spare parts logistics support real work orders, not on how much inventory sits on the shelf.
Keynote Speaker:
BIO: Tomasz “Tom” Burnos is an operations and technical-management consultant and trainer with 20+ years of hands-on experience helping industrial and utility organisations improve reliability, maintenance execution, and operational safety in high-responsibility environments. He is the CEO of Operivo, working internationally with leadership teams and frontline organisations to move from reactive firefighting to disciplined, risk-based operations. His work regularly touches MRO/spare parts effectiveness as a practical enabler of uptime, covering stocktake quality, part identification and standardisation, critical spares decisions, and supportability/obsolescence risk in the supply chain. His operational background helps him to better understand challenges of all levels in the organisation, from strategical top level management to shop-floor daily activities.
